At Prova, we blend our engineering expertise with a passion for cycling to create titanium bikes for all riding styles. Our frames are more than just structures; they are pieces you'd proudly display on your coffee table. Each bike we make is a unique commission and made right here by us in Melbourne. Our road bikes include the Integrale which is our flagship model. It includes our bespoke headtube design allowing for fully hidden cable routing and the carbon integrated seat post (ISP) to lower weight and increase compliance in the saddle. The Speciale features the same carbon ISP as the Integrale but uses a traditional 44mm headtube with external routing. Gravel options include the Mostro which uses a 44mm headtube and traditional seat post and the Mostro Integrale which utilises our bespoke integrated headtube design which can be paired with the Enve In Route fork or our own Ti fork. It can also be built using a carbon ISP or a hidden seat wedge and telescoping Ti seat post. For mountain biking, we offer the Ripido.
DEPOSIT
Once you are ready to proceed the first step is the initial deposit of $500 AUD (excl GST).
Deposit to join the queue for a custom titanium bicycle build. Current waiting time is around 11-12 months to delivery.

PROCESS
Around 4 months out from the expected completion we will be in touch to discuss the detailed design of your bike. This is the stage to discuss bike fit and geo and there will be CAD drawings of your new bike being exchanged so that we can get to a signed off design before cutting any material. It is best for you to come in and see the workshop and discuss the bike or if that is not possible we can do it over the video call. When ready to begin the build process we ask for a manufacturing deposit covering 50% of the total cost of the frameset/build. During the build you will be inundated with pictures of your new bike being manufactured. Balance of payment is due when the frame is at paint. Shipping and insurance can be arranged on a case by case basis.
